Prices
The prices include accommodation, VAT, and optionally breakfast.
House Rules
We do not allow pets, with the exception of service animals.
Smoking is not allowed on premises.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages. We can provide a travel cot for a £5 one-off charge. High chairs are also available for breakfast.
Booking Deposit:
A deposit is payable at least 3 days before your reservation. Deposits can be paid by credit card over the phone.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, you will not be charged for your stay and any deposit will be refunded. For cancellations up to the day of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags at a safe place on premises.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival in advance.
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving late, and your new estimated time of arrival.
Room Vacation
Please vacate your room by 11.00am, later checkouts can be available on request.
Payment
The balance of your payment is payable on or before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We may charge you for repair or replacement if the damage or breakage is significant. Loss of keys will incur a £10 fee.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our systems.
We will not share your details with any other organisation for marketing, market research or commercial purposes.
We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.
